A new study, published today in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, shows that the medication, baclofen, can cause severe muscle spasms in people with multiple sclerosis, and a study in the journal found it was not as severe as the people with multiple sclerosis who took the drug.
The study, by researchers at Columbia University Medical Center and the University of Miami, involved more than 2,300 participants with multiple sclerosis.
